Do you desire a high level of accountability and support? The Pinnacle program combines top-notch coaching features, in-person activities, and full support from your current team, such as trainers, and health providers (with permission).
Suggested changes may involve your home environment, typical daily habits, meal planning, cooking, and food shopping. Coaching sessions are the longer time slot; two to three times per week works best. You agree to meet in person at least twice monthly within the schedule. The added time helps build excellent skills and consistency. Frequent check-ins and more detailed data logging are paramount for mastering newly formed healthy habits.
The five core pillars of the My Fit Weight Nutrition Coaching program will be given significant attention. Together with your coach, you will be restructuring your food choices for lasting health and a more sustainable environment.
